ALPACAS
In the world, alpacas are exploited (and eventually killed) for their fleece/fiber. Here at SoL, they get to live out their lives without having to worry about being used by humans.

PIGS
Pigs are one of the most intelligent animals on the planet! Despite their intelligence and their amazing personalities, they are sadly killed every year by the billions. At SoL they all get to live long and happy lives.

DONKEYS
Donkeys are exploited in various ways, including for pulling excessive weight, for their skins, in roadside shows and in circuses. The donkeys at our sanctuary will never have to work another day in their lives.

GOATS / SHEEP
Goats and sheep are generally used and killed for their milk, flesh and fleece. They are also commonly exploited as attractions. Here we promise to never push them outside of their comfort zones.

FEATHERED FRIENDS
Birds are the most exploited and killed land animals on this planet. They are thinking, feeling, intelligent, empathetic individuals who all deserve to be treated with the love and care that we give them here at SoL.

CATS / DOGS
Cats and dogs are arguably thought of to be the most “loved” of all domesticated animals. However, millions are killed each year due to their inability to find homes. Our rescues would like to remind you to #adoptdontshop!
