DIRECTOR / VICE PRESIDENT

Nisha first visited Sol Criations in early 2019 and has loved all of the residents (both human and non-human) ever since! She is a mother, an animal rescuer, an activist, a tattooer, and co-founder of Milwaukee Animal Save and co-owner/designer of the animal rights apparel store, Eden Was Vegan Clothing Company.

Nisha went vegan in 2016 after being exposed to the atrocities committed against animals in the production of food and clothing. Both her and her daughter Avani feel compelled to do what they can to help both humans and animals, and that has included spending time and volunteering at Sol Criations. She has always been particularly drawn to SoL, as she believes in both the mission and in the people at the sanctuary who dedicate their lives to helping those in need.
